World Bank Board Approves IDA Crisis Facility for Extra Support to Poorest Countries

The World Bank Board of Executive Directors has approved the recommendation to establish a Crisis Facility for IDA to scale up support for the world’s poorest countries, and address overlapping global crises—particularly food insecurity and extreme climate events.
