M23 Rebels pledge to withdraw from eastern DRC town

  M23 rebels have handed back control of a military base to the government of the Democratic Republic of Congo. It has part of a pledge to withdraw from territory it seized in recent months. Al Jazeera's Catherine Soi reports.
